The Festival of Lights is now only possible as a result of donations and support
from community-minded, local businesses and charities. These organisations can only
continue to support this community event if you support them by using their services.
Explore our programme (published in November) and enjoy their services.
On the night please do not buy products from unauthorized street traders. They do
not contribute towards the costs of the event or monies raised for charity on the
night. Please buy only from those with ‘Authorised Participant’ badges.
Sincere thanks to Mid Thames Raynet Communications for communications, Waitrose and
Sainsburys for use of their car parks; Flyte Entertainment for the professional entertainers;
MR Salvage LLP who prepare and audit the accounts for the Festival of Lights, St.
John Ambulance and Thames Valley Police for all of their help and Beaconsfield Town

We employ one of the leading traffic management companies A Plant Lux to manage the
traffic. Their staff are supplemented with stewards to manage pedestrians. Stewards
are here to keep you safe. Please follow their instructions.
Pay particular attention around the area of the Council Green where cars may be exiting
the station car park. Where possible stay behind the barriers and cross the station
car park exit road at the designated crossing point only
